Fundraising isn’t easy! And, how often do you feel like you continue to do the same things over and over again and expect different results but continue to be disappointed by falling short of the level of funding you ideally want to raise? It’s time to stare your tired development plan in the face and consider an alternative approach toward sustainable funding.

Cohort 1: Building the Foundation of a Model Development Program

(9 month commitment)

Start Date—April 16th

Building a model development program, from leadership giving to stewardship, from perfecting development, to professional skills, to leveraging their boards to best support the fundraising goals of the organization.

Cost: $3250/ organization

This cohort will meet monthly in person.

Cohort 2: Building Sustainability

(6 month commitment)

Start Date—May 1st

For an organization embarking upon a growth capital or comprehensive campaign, a focused fundraising effort to fund a strategic plan, or are prepared to identify key programmatic or capital projects to endow.

Cost: $2750/ organization

This cohort will meet monthly in person.

For nearly 30 years, Chuck has served as a senior nonprofit professional and consultant, helping nonprofit organizations in the Boston area and across the country realize their vision by raising increased revenues.  His professional leadership roles have focused on serving those most in need in the human services, health care, and education sectors.  In addition, he has worked with and supported the revenue generating needs of arts, culture and animal welfare organizations.

Today, Chuck leads the New Kensington Group, a full-service consulting firm helping nonprofit leaders grow their organizations.  His work focuses on strategic planning, fund raising, executive search, and board leadership and governance support.  As a nationally recognized trainer and speaker, he dedicates significant time to building the fund raising capacity of nonprofit professionals and senior volunteers from coast to coast.

Chuck has built and led three national development programs, having served as the National Chief Development Officer at City Year, Health Leads and uAspire.  In these roles, Chuck oversaw all philanthropic revenue generating initiatives, doubling revenues at City Year from $45M to nearly $90M in four years and at Health Leads from $3M to nearly $6M in two years.  At uAspire, Chuck led their Growth Campaign, raising over $13M.
