Local volunteer leaders lead groups that meet weekly for several weeks in different communities. Caregivers and loved ones of elders and persons with disabilities are also welcome to attend.
The next free workshop series starts in February! Join us on Mondays, February 18 to March 25, 2019, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at the YMCA in Greenfield. Participants are provided with refreshments as well as a workbook to help guide them through the curriculum. We encourage individuals to bring a caregiver, friend, or family member if they feel that they need extra support.
