Effective Conflict Resolution Strategies: What Do I Try Now?
When: Tuesday, December 4, 2018
9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Presenter: Debbie Lynangale, The Mediation & Training Collaborative
Location: Delaney House, Holyoke
Workplace conflict can harm relationships, reduce productivity, increase costs and decrease a team’s effectiveness. One study found that an average workplace conflict eats up to three hours a week! In this workshop we’ll explore the range of conflict resolution tools available, including one-on-one communication strategies, conflict coaching, mediation, and larger group processes. This timely and informative workshop presents a wonderful opportunity to learn strategies on dealing with those difficult conversations or dynamics at work.
About Our Presenter:
Debbie Lynangale has worked with The Mediation & Training Collaborative since 2007 as a trainer, facilitator, mediator and case coordinator.
