Tai Chi for Health Institute Senior Trainer, Deborah Yaffee, will guide you through Dr. Paul Lam’s enjoyable, effective, mind-body Tai Chi for Health program. This program utilizes the power of mental imagery and intention as you explore the health-giving principles of Tai Chi and qigong and are introduced to three simple Tai Chi movements that can be used as an effective exercise to improve mental, physical, emotional or spiritual health and/or assist with healing, even in a hospital bed!

This program includes one movement that focuses on the breath, one movement that harmonizes the body’s energies, and one movement that focuses on the digestive system. Three styles of tai chi are represented in this very short form: Sun, Yang, Chen.

$75, includes lunch

Dr. Lam’s excellent DVD can be pre-ordered for an additional $25. Orders for DVD’s must be placed by August 20th if you want to receive it at the workshop.
