HAP partnered with the Human Service Forum this year to customize a new Customer Service Training specific to the nonprofit work that we do. This collaboration allowed us to implement this training across all different levels of our staff and saved HAP thousands of dollars. This partnership proved to be very cost effective and has improved our customer service!
Congratulations on putting together a great CEO luncheon. The feeling in the room was overwhelming positive and it was very well attended. It is so easy to forget the value of stepping away from our work and talking with others who face similar day to day challenges. I am meeting one of the new Exec’s for lunch which I think is exactly one of the outcomes you were hoping for – personal connections.
Community Action staff have really benefitted from supervisory training offered by the Human Service Forum. The training was in depth and affordable! These training opportunities have been great for our supervisors!
