LifePath, Inc., formerly Franklin County Home Care Corporation (FCHCC), an Area Agency on Aging (AAA), is a private, non-profit corporation that develops, provides, and coordinates a range of services to support independent living. LifePath, Inc. provides home and community programs for the area known as Franklin County, plus the four Worcester County towns of Athol, Petersham, Phillipston, and Royalston for elders, persons with disabilities, and caregivers as the Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) and AAA. LifePath, Inc. also operates programs in Hampshire, Hampden, and Berkshire Counties.
