Coaching Resilience

If you’re feeling burnt out, frustrated, and tempted to give up, this training offers ways to reconnect with the motivation for why you do what you want to do. Discover how to strip away the layers that are holding you back, reconnect with your purpose and power, and rediscover the unique superpower that lets you make the impact that brings satisfaction.

  • Where are you making decisions from? Lead using Values
  • Journey from Reactive to Creative- support those coming to you
  • How to have a Values conversations

About the Presenter:

Sarah Carlan, MSW., has over 15 years working as a therapist and group facilitator. Before starting their own practice she has worked as a school counselor and a Child and Family Therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As well as having a MSW from Smith College School for Social Work, Sarah also has a BA in Neuroscience and Animal Behavior from Mount Holyoke College. She has facilitated support groups, team trainings, and retreats for school, hospitals, and nonprofits, coaching a diverse range of clients including  executives, educators, medical providers, and equestrians.
