While most of us don’t need to understand discipline-specific jargon outside of our own profession, medical terminology is a notable exception. We all need to know what’s going on with our health and that of our clients’.
Fans of medical TV shows might already be familiar with some common terms. Even so, rounding out your existing knowledge can help you gain an even better handle on what you hear in the healthcare world. This training will help you get started.

Learning Outcomes:
After completing this training, attendees will be able to
-Distinguish and summarize several common nursing terms
-Recall five nursing abbreviations and their meaning
-Interpret three diagnosis and how they relate to consumer care
