DESCRIPTION:Many people dread the strategic planning process for good reasons. Strategic plans are intended to help organizations improve\, and yet we use very little of what we know about change management and sustainable improvement in the strategic planning process. This results in a less engaging\, more time-consuming\, and less effective process. It doesn’t have to be this way. \nThis session will introduce participants to a more inclusive approach to starting their strategic planning. Jeff Wetherhold is a change management expert who has helped hundreds of teams make and sustain changes to improve client outcomes.
