DESCRIPTION:New promotions often come with a desire to make changes. Before that happens a new supervisor should assess the situation to see what changes actually need to be made.  \nIn this workshop presenter Jynai MacDonald from the Urban Impact Initiative gives a framework for looking at your organization and assessing how it stands in Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion as well as tips on how to make changes if they are needed.  \nSelect single individual sessions from our popular Supervisory Skills Series. This series of workshops is ideal for new supervisors to get the skills and knowledges needed to succeed.
