18 Degrees is where new beginnings come to light for children and families – and where you can make a difference as a Board Member. At 18 Degrees, we embrace the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusiveness to support the needs of our community. 18 Degrees is seeking Volunteer Board Members, skilled in the areas of finance, technology, marketing, advocacy, communications, and/or organizational governance.

Our board members champion the work that promotes the well-being and strengths of children, youth, and families to build better communities in Western Massachusetts. We are seeking those willing to be advocates and ambassadors to help 18 Degrees advance its mission.  Board meetings are held four times a year in Pittsfield, MA plus the Annual Meeting and election of new members in October.
