This series of workshops is ideal for new supervisors to get the skills and knowledges needed to succeed. A trained supervisory team will improve any organization and lead to higher impact in aiding their communities.

The workshop series takes place from 9am to 12:30pm every week for eight weeks from January 11th to February 29th. Attendance is required at every session for certification.

This certificate series is designed to invest in and promote leaders from within to secure the future of the human services in Western MA. Aimed at experienced leaders who are looking to gain the skills and knowledges needed in the upper levels of human service management. This series is presented hybrid, register to attend in person or virtually.
