Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. is seeking a part-time (30 hours per week) Therapeutic Counselor to be part of our Therapeutic Day Program in Springfield. Responsibilities include a variety of recreational duties, implementing treatment plans, modeling/teaching life and social skills, and transporting youth. Other duties include completion of daily logs and assisting with the daily program organization. This position includes evening and weekend hours. Hours are 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Requirements include the following:

High school diploma or equivalent with experience in the field; Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.

Must be at least 21 years old

Valid driver’s license in active status and reliable transportation

Approved CORI, DCF and driving background checks.
