Join us for an inspiring and educational Leadership Luncheon featuring a keynote address by Lisa Totz, the current President of the Women Business Owners Alliance of Pioneer Valley (WBOA). Since 1982, the WBOA has been dedicated to elevating the impact of women in business by providing a platform for women to share their experiences, support each other, and foster the growth of the next generation of female entrepreneurs.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, WBOA is focused on the education and empowerment of women business owners. Our events typically incorporate educational components covering a wide range of topics including business finances, systems, social media, insurance tips, and much more. Through active engagement, WBOA promotes women-owned businesses by sharing success stories, enhancing social media presence, and creating a supportive community.
At this luncheon, Lisa Totz will share her professional journey, which spans significant roles with major U.S. employers such as Boeing in Seattle, Raytheon in Tucson, and ITT in West Springfield. Her impressive career includes leadership in organizations like YESnet (Young Engineers and Scientists Network) and Raytheon Women on the Move, along with her entrepreneurial ventures as the owner of LT Consulting. Lisa’s contributions to the community are further highlighted by her roles as President of the Jimmy Fund Council of Western Massachusetts, BNI President, and Race Director for various triathlons.
Lisa’s journey of navigating business, career, and personal goals will provide valuable insights and inspiration to all attendees.
