Since 1982, the WBOA has been dedicated to elevating the impact of women in business by providing a platform for women to share their experiences, support each other, and foster the growth of the next generation of female entrepreneurs.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, WBOA is focused on the education and empowerment of women business owners. Our events typically incorporate educational components covering a wide range of topics including business finances, systems, social media, insurance tips, and much more. Through active engagement, WBOA promotes women-owned businesses by sharing success stories, enhancing social media presence, and creating a supportive community.

Her impressive career includes leadership in organizations like YESnet (Young Engineers and Scientists Network) and Raytheon Women on the Move, along with her entrepreneurial ventures as the owner of LT Consulting. Lisa’s contributions to the community are further highlighted by her roles as President of the Jimmy Fund Council of Western Massachusetts, BNI President, and Race Director for various triathlons.
