Board Basics Training Series
UWPV’s Board Basics Training Series will continue with workshops focused on the fundamentals of nonprofit board leadership. These sessions are designed for both current board members and those interested in serving. Topics will include:
- Governance – Understanding board roles and responsibilities
- Recruitment & Retention – Strategies for building an engaged board
- Strategic Planning – Aligning board efforts with long-term organizational success
Workshops will take place on:
- Thursdays, April 10 & April 24, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the UWPV Service Center
