Pathlight Adult Family Care (AFC) allows family members to care and provide for adult family members with intellectual or developmental disabilities in the privacy and comfort of their home. The Pathlight team supports families in AFC, along with an annual stipend.
Our info session will cover topics like requirements and eligibility, the application process, expectations, and care giver support.
