Building and Retaining Stronger Teams From the Top Down

Keeping an amazing team together begins with inspired leadership. Inspired leadership thrives with an engaged and passionate Board!

How do you get an engaged and passionate Board? Connect them to the purpose! The WHY! But don’t just connect them to the organizations WHY, connect them to their personal WHY. The place where organizational WHY and personal WHY connect is where passion begins!

Understanding your WHY builds belief, which ignites passion, naturally leading to inspiration. Inspired people are motivated people who bring their best! This cycle of knowing WHY is crucial, especially in uncertain times.

It’s important for executive leaders to keep talking about the WHY and not just the WHAT. It’s time to ditch the traditional elevator speech! Instead, let’s focus on telling the story of our purpose in a way that inspires people to follow us off the elevator, learn more and get involved!

Questions to ponder:
* Is your board truly engaged and passionate?
* Do you have the right people but need the tools to motivate them?
* Can your board clearly articulate your organization’s WHY?
* Is it time for a significant shift?
